BTR BREAKIN athletic arts is an in-person and online system that teaches breakdancing with a sport science twist to youth and adults.

WHAT CAN YOU

The movement formula of Breakin is made up of 4 central pillars that include; Toprock / drops, Footwork, Power Moves, and Freezes. 

  • Toprock / Drops- aerobic and lower body compound movements

  • Footwork- anaerobic and total body calisthenics. 

  • Power Moves- rotational dynamics. 

  • Freezes- isometrics and upper body compound movements   

Built within these patterns you have a total bodyweight fitness revolution that fully integrates your mind and body.
